3. Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, and tools provided by Rangeview Marketing are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our digital products for personal or internal business use only.

You retain ownership of any content you generate using our tools, but you grant us a royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for promotional purposes.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

All content generated by our AI systems (scripts, videos, voiceovers, etc.) is for informational and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring compliance with platform-specific Terms of Service (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials
• Ensuring your use of third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) complies with their Terms of Service
• Monitoring and managing your content distribution and audience engagement

6. Data & API Usage

Our automation system integrates with third-party services including:

• ElevenLabs – AI voice generation
• Shotstack – Video assembly
• Replicate – AI clip generation
• Cloudflare R2 – Video storage
• Brevo – Email marketing
• n8n – Workflow automation

You are responsible for securing your API keys and complying with each service’s usage policies. We are not liable for service outages, rate limits, or changes in third-party APIs.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rangeview Marketing, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Data loss or corruption
• Interruption of business operations
• AI-generated content errors

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last six months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

9. Changes to Terms

10. Governing Law
